Garner Avenue Townhomes
This is an urban infill project in central Austin. It was constructed to sell and dement harris was a development parter as well as the Architect. These attached townhomes reside on two +-5500 sf lots in a neighborhood of mixed ages and styles of homes. The project has been given a 5 star rating by the Austin Energy Green Building Program.
