Various infill designs completed for local developers for use on central austin redevelopment lots. All of the homes use simple geometry and a standard off the shelf builder grade exterior material palette. All are designed site specific and their layouts are all intended to give them maximum use of indoor/ outdoor connection while maintaining their privacy and the privacy of their neighbors.
